How often is the halal coverage list updated?

The halal coverage database refreshes every 6 hours. Top-200 coins by market cap are re-screened every 24 hours; coins ranked 201–2000 are re-screened every 3 days; coins outside the top-2000 are screened on demand when searched.

What does 'pending review' mean in the halal coverage list?

Pending review means the coin has been identified in our universe but has not yet completed the four-gate AAOIFI-aligned screening. It does NOT mean the coin is suspected haram — it means analysis is in progress. No verdict is published until all four gates are evaluated.

How many Binance spot pairs are covered?

HalalCrypto screens the top 2000 coins by market cap, which covers the vast majority of active Binance spot pairs. Coins are added automatically as they enter the top-2000 universe.
