The five-item checklist
Before the bot can place its first trade, all five of the following must be true:
- API key connected β the dashboard shows a green API status with read + spot-trade scopes.
- Balance funded β your Binance spot wallet has at least the tier minimum in USDT or USDC.
- Tier confirmed β your active tier is shown in the dashboard header. If you signed up under one tier and meant to start with another, change it now (settings β tier).
- IP allowlist set β recommended for every user, required if your dashboard says so.
- Email alerts enabled β open and close emails are on by default; verify they are landing in your primary inbox, not spam.
What to expect after the checklist passes
The bot evaluates at the next decision window β typically the top of the next hour for Conservative and Moderate, more frequently for Multi-X. If a setup clears every halal gate and the tier strategy fires, you will see a trade open email within minutes of placement.
If 24 hours pass with no trade, that is normal. The bot does not chase trades. It waits for setups that pass the screen. A flat day in the dashboard is correct behaviour, not a malfunction.
What to avoid in the first week
Do not manually trade in the same spot wallet β your balance changes mid-window can confuse position sizing on the next bot trade. If you want to manually trade alongside, use a Binance sub-account.
